Parent Information

PTM Details (Parent–Teacher Meetings)

Parent–Teacher Meetings are conducted regularly to review academic progress, behavioral development, and overall performance.

  • PTMs are generally conducted once every month.
  • Parents are expected to attend without fail.
  • Performance reports and feedback are discussed in detail.
  • Subject teachers provide guidance for improvement.

These meetings serve as a constructive platform for collaboration between teachers and parents.

Meeting with Principal

Parents may meet the Principal:

  • Between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM
  • With prior appointment

The Principal addresses academic concerns, discipline matters, and institutional policies. Parents are encouraged to approach the Principal respectfully through proper channels.

Meeting with Teachers

Class teachers are available on designated days and timings after school hours.

  • Parents must meet teachers only during allotted timings.
  • Meetings during working hours are discouraged.
  • All academic clarifications should be addressed through the respective subject teachers.

General Guidelines for Parents
  • Monitor your child’s homework and daily assignments regularly.
  • Sign the school diary whenever communication is sent.
  • Ensure punctuality in school attendance.

  • Avoid criticizing teachers or the school in front of children.
  • Encourage healthy food habits and personal hygiene.
  • Avoid use of mobile phones inside the campus.

Notes to KG Parents

For Kindergarten students, parents are requested to:

  • Ensure proper grooming and hygiene.
  • Send healthy snacks and avoid junk food.
  • Teach basic toilet habits and table manners.
  • Avoid sending valuables, toys, or unnecessary items.
  • Label all personal belongings clearly.
  • Provide spare dress when required.
  • Help children develop independence in daily routines.

Early childhood development requires strong coordination between school and home.

Open Day System

The school organizes Open Day sessions periodically to:
